My QVC Number Now Appearing On My Sign In Page

I have never used my number, always my e mail, and now my number automatically shows up, I have to delete and put in e mail. I even forgot my number having never used it. Of course, calling CS doesn't help. The usual, I'm sorry, and just put in your e mail. Why the number now. I told her, I knew it was not her fault, but I am so frustrated with the Q online service and CS never being able to help like Amazon CS can. E mail corporate doesn't help either. What a mess their system is.
