@Perkup ~ I'm so sorry.  We lost our beautiful girl to kidney failure this past November.  As I learned, there are no words that will take away your pain (I wish there were).  But please know there are many here who know how you are feeling and are here to listen.  This forum and the wonderful people on it were a great comfort to me.  We care and are here if you need us.  Please take care...

How nice that you know where all dogs go.  Mine have been much loved, but were buried out behind our barn.  Hope you find another dog to love.
