Last month I ordered a few items from Amazon.

These were for me, so there wasn't any urgency in my getting them.

My EDD came and went, no package.

I gave it a couple more days, and still no package.

I went on-line to see where it was in the shipping process.

It arrived in Oakland, Ca, and that's where it got stuck.

I gave it until this past Saturday to arrive, but nope, no package.

I contacted Amazon, and they said to wait until Wednesday, and if it didn't arrive by then, they would issue a refund.

I had waited that long, what was a couple more days?

Well, today, at long last, my package finally made its grand appearance.

The poor box was covered with clear packing tape, and looked like it had been chewed up and spat out by some machine.

Fortunately there was nothing fragile inside.

But at least my package arrived...... finally.

I ordered something from Ebay last week, it was due to arrive on Saturday.

I tracked it and it arrived in my home town.  I did not get the delivery and looked at the tracking...from my home town it went to Knoxiville, Tennessee!  I am in Ohio...it is now on its way back to Ohio!!

That's very unusual for Amazon.  Even my 30lb bags of dog food arrive in pristine condition.  I average 2-3 shipments a week and they're all fine.

So where were the products originally sent from?

K624   That's a lot of dog food!  WOW how many pups do you have?  Saw the pic of your new one - real cute - but she/he can't eat 2 or 3 thirty pounders per week.

Due to the massive blizzards and bitterly cold temperatures in the NE, transportation of packages has been at a standstill. It's been in the news for weeks about the NE's problems. I also found this out when returning a package to upstate Maine via UPS. Dropped it off on 12/28/17. Watched the tracking as it sat in one place for six days. Today it arrived in its destination!

Imagine living in those areas and trying to get to the grocery store, pharmacy, etc.,  if UPS cannot negiotiate the highways and streets? Hardy people!

Money screams; wealth whispers.
