I've been with Amazon for the last 9 years, and haven't had a mix-up. But it could happen with any company, especially one who does such an enormous volume of deliveries like they do.
At the top of every page is the "Help" link. I prefer to email them, but you can also call for an immediate call back or live-chat them. They've been rated #1 in customer for many years, and deservedly so.

Yes. We didn't order it, we didn't pay for it.
They had Fed-Ex come and take the package back.
They didn't explain how my name got on the package though!
