My Experience with Pennys

Sorry might be kind of a long post- March1 ordered new bathroom rugs shower curtain and other accesories online as we have a small Pennys- not much selection at our small home store area was told the order would be in 5 to 7 days... painted the bath to match with these items..expecting comapany and just wanted to freshen up the guest bath. Expected on a Tuesday didnt arrive told it would be here Friday went to store didnt arrive-told it would be here today (sales associate checked his computer) didnt arrive Checked computer today couldnt find the order!! It has been prepaid... said it will be here March 16th!! I am so frustrated- my town is small and what I ordered and painted in is shades of aqua..not easy color to find Company will be here and my bathroom will be aqua walls brown and orange!! ugh totally not happy 15 days to ship a simple order-(still says in process) what happened to quality service?
