I purchased my tree in 2015 but our home wasn’t ready until New Years Eve so we didn’t put the tree up till last year and we loved it. I set it up this morning and it only partially lit up. We tried hard to fix it with no luck. So I took the challenge of removing all the lights. Took me 4 1/2 hours but I was able to salvage the tree and string lights on it myself.
@Oznell, thank you. It was hard and tedious. It had hundreds of wire ties and removing them was no easy task. My arms are scratched bad but yes, totally worth it. Will never buy a lighted tree again.
My gosh, what an effort. Well worth it in the end result, though. I meant to say I just love your angel, so serene and lovely. Angels are by far my favorite tree toppers, for obvious reasons...

Thank you, I got her last year at At Home and she’s not a tree topper but I bought her specifically for the tree
Doesn't Bethlehem Lights have a 5 year warranty? I bought a Santa's Best tree in 2014 & this year one of the functions didn't work & I called Santa's Best & they sent me out a new tree within 5 days & told me I didn't have to send the other one back. Santa's Best had a 5 year warranty & they stood by it.
@qvcfreakLooks so pretty......I too had that happen to me, but not with a tree from that company. VERY TEDIOUS job and I would NEVER buy another prelit tree.
