One of their songs is okay but over and over, song after song will drive you up the wall. I felt so sorry for the employees.
Giggle.
That reminds me of the movie, "The 40-Year Old Virgin".
They work in an electronics store with a huge wall of TVs.
The only video playing on every.single.TV is Michael McDonald's 'Ya Mo B There"...and of course, it's driving everyone crazy.
Giggle x 2.

I prefer NO music in stores or in the gym. Very annoying. As another poster stated, the music is Amercrombie & Finch is the absolute worst. I went in once to get a gift for my neice - NEVER went back.

I DO enjoy most music as I am shopping, but, of course, not if it is jarringly loud. I have been known to sing along and tap my foot (as another on this thread). One time I was eating in a Taco Bell and they were playing CLASSICAL music. I was in Heaven
Never heard it played in any other store in my 64 years.

I prefer no music. I can't remember the last time I went into a store with music on.

I was at sizzler a few years ago and they were blasting 'I'm Fat" by weird Al yancovic.....it was pretty funny!

That's the only time I mind it...when it's too loud to talk to whoever you're with, or have a conversation with a sales associate. Fortunately, my kids are older now, and we no longer go to the stores with crazy loud music.

I enjoy music in the stores. Restaurants, I dont remember ever hearing any, unless they have a band.
Years ago, I was in the grocery store and started crying. I couldnt tell why, until I actually tuned my hearing into the song that was playing, it was the Stevie Wonder song, that was playing years previously when my parents called to say my Grandmother had died. So I feel music is important in my life, in the house, car, and stores.----------tedEbear

Ditto ...... and I don't let it go anymore ...... if kids are running and screaming, I yell: "Hey, you be careful!! ..... where's your mother?" ..... it's funny how fast women appear and hurry the little monsters off in the other direction .... lol.

I was at my local,Marshall's last night and the music was blaring hip hop. The music is always loud there. My local supermarket plays music which is nice but very softly. Depends on the store.
