That scene in The Long, Long trailer when he's backing it up to the carport still makes me laugh until I cry.
Also, the scene where Lucy is making dinner in the trailer while it's going down the road nearly killing her.....all the while, Desi is singing up front about the wonderful meal awaiting him....priceless!
