I am struggling getting the photos to post. I will try to have a few random elk photos. The herd is on my husband's phone. I will tackle that another time.

That is so exciting. Their antlers are so big and they are too!

I would be ecstatic 🤩!!!!  You have to keep a safe distance  from them, yes?  Will they run at you?

We have wild horses that roam the village. We encountered them on the main highway that runs through the commercial district one morning on our way to Starbucks.

I am taking no chances. We do not approach. They are big when they are only feet away.

Oh, I mean horsesSmiley Happy

 

We got to see the wild horses one year on the beach and also see them crossing the river and the highway. Of course we all gave them the right of way! Sometimes the horses would fight on the beach-the males. All around the parked cars. It could be scary but they were magnificent to

see!
