Mother's Day gift ideas?

Any ideas for older mothers? She is 80, and never seems happy with what anyone gives her. For a few years, I made a lovely brunch for her and my daughters, but she seemed like it was an inconvenience to drive the mile and a half to come eat. I'm out of ideas. Thanks.
