chickenbutt, I have always enjoyed reading your posts. I admire you so much because of the wonderful attitude, good sense, and kindness you show despite your painful (to put it mildly) past. I know you didn't post what you did looking for compliments, but now was a good time to tell you. I don't acknowledge your posts because I don't want to be creepy going around ITAing everything you say lol. Sorry for the O/T

I've known chickenbutt for a long time. I could be wrong, but I don't think she was saying she feels invisible on the forum. I think her post was specific to this thread.

As far as being invisible here, unheard, unappreciated, I never give it a thought. Sometimes I forget what and where I post and forget to revisit the thread to see the responses.

Sylvia, if I judge you, I'd have to judge my dad. In my opinion, I truly got to know my dad when he was introduced to AA. I'm so thrilled my children knew their grandfather after he got help. They have fabulous memories of him in his later years, as I do.
