@ahoymate   They are probably upcoming in 2019 and not yet available.

@ahoymate  It could be on the UPS site as upcoming stamps, but I found it by Googling 2019 stamps and I've already sent the link to someone, so 2019 stamp issues are out there, whether they have been issued yet or not.

@ahoymate - the Muppet ones popped up in my Facebook feed. So I googled 2019 stamp releases and there are a few websites that list the upcoming releases. 

The ones I listed will be out some time this year.  I just checked again and couldn’t find a date for the dog stamps.
