Good Morning, ALL.

Are you ready for day 2 of cross?

Listening to the replay on In Session, I really think that although Jodi showed false bravado, she is rattled.

My prediction: More lies exposed today, and the letters/Matt/magazine story will be fully explained to the jury.

The filing on Friday was denied (dp status)-- that was just the defense protecting the record for appeal-- but come on-- what does it matter, when it comes to "cruelty" what the order of the injuries really was...Travis felt a lot of pain, and had defensive wounds--so he knew what was happening, and she knew what she was doing.

Further evidence that she knew what she did was wrong was the cleanupin the house, the placing of the dog gate, the voicemail message to Travis post death, and the getting rid of the evidence along the way--and then later at home.

I have to go in to the office today, and I am not sure when I will be back--so you all carry on with the hunt for Justice for Travis Alexander!
