Models pants extremely too tight

Watching Denim & Co tonight 8:00pm show, a model had on white pulling pants that were so tight you could see every bump on her lower body.
What makes QVC think this is ok? I have seen this more and more on recent shows. Pouring themselves in a size too small. Not a good look. Not something I would want to buy. (I love Denim & Co).

Re: Models pants extremely too tight

Even though I'm somewhat slightly 'slim'-ish, if the garment is way too tight on the slimmest of models, I size up one or two sizes.

I guess I'm sort of glad that they show on the models that some particular items run very small.

'More or less', 'Right or wrong', 'In general', and 'Just thinking out loud ' (as usual).

lol. Probably a last minute mishap. Wrong size was left in dressing room, or they switched models last minute.  Then those lights, with white pants show everything,  I remember years ago we had a fashion show at church, clothes provided by 2 dress shops I town. Remember those days when we had big dress shops?  Anyway, they sent wrong pants, and model wore them with a slim fitted t shirt,  omg you could see every line through them with the stage lights. You could see the every hair, and I don't mean on the head!   We couldn't get her off stage in time .  When she walked to back dressing room they were fine.

For D&C Carolyn Gracie more often than not wore pants that were at least 1 size too small. The worst was when she'd turn around with her rear end to the camera and lift her top to show how the pants fit. Ick.

This is a shopping channel trying to sell clothes. If the models look terrible in the clothes what's the point. Pam is wearing a pair of white pants that look 2 sizes too small. I do not know how she got them on

I have to say I was appalled when I saw how tight those pants were on Pam. If they don't have the right size for a model to wear, then don't use that model. I'm sure Pam wasn't comfortable modeling those pants. Like someone else said, this is a shopping channel. It doesn't do anyone any favors having models in clothes that don't fit.

Model Pam is always wearing pants that are too tight, and sometimes has her stomach hanging out.  I don't understand why denim and co keeps using her.  Most of the time the clothes look awful on her.

The tall redheaded  really thin model on the Dennis & friends show had skin tight white pants that were all wrinkled on her legs

Re: Models pants extremely too tight

I think sometimes this is a ploy to try to convince us that even if the garment is actually too small, it still looks great - so we shouldn't hesitate to buy it.

I really hate it when they have a plus size model wear items that do not fit well and are very unflattering and then they go on about how terrific she looks - when she clearly doesn't.

It is true that everyone can look good regardless of size - but the clothing needs to fit well for that to work.
