I never read the books but did see the first 2 movies. Last night we watched Mockingjay and all agreed that was 2 hours we'll never get back. Is the book as disjointed as the movie.

IMO the 3rd book is not as good as the 1st two. I know several others in at work who said the same when we were all reading the series.

I enjoyed MockingJay. I could have done with a few less screamings for ""Peeta"" however.

My girls and grand read the books but I have not.

I've read the books and enjoyed them though they won't ever be considered great literature. They certainly are better written than the Twilight series. However, I have not enjoyed the movies very much so far. Not sure I will even see the next one.

Yes. I listened to it and never finished the book. We went to the movie which was better than the book. I won't finish the book.

I really enjoyed the first book. I believe it was originally written for middle school level readers. If you look at it from that reference point, I think the first book was excellent, the second was good.

I started the 3rd but never finished it. I think I just needed a break from the series by that point. I have watched Part I of Mockingjay. It was ok.

I didn't read the books but I saw the first 2 movies and loved them. I have to see this one yet.
