Miss Lebanon claims she was photo-bombed by Miss Israel during controversial selfie at Miss Universe contest

The Lebanese beauty queen Saly Greige claims her fellow contestant Doron Matalon had tried several times to take a picture with her and then caught her off guard when she snapped the picture. Many of her supporters have called for her to step down and Miss Israel called the situation 'sad.'

She may become Miss Universe, but she can kiss Miss Congeniality goodbye.

The international beauty pageant may need to add a diplomatic relations competition after Miss Lebanon Saly Greige accused Miss Israel of trying several times to have a picture taken with her.

What did she say that was so offensive? It's a silly, ridiculous, antiquated beauty pageant. I'm sure there's a lot of bickering and rivalry among the girls. It's not the UN.

Sad they can't put differences aside during this competition. I think it's difficult to tell from the angles, though, that it was a photobomb. Seems like one of them would've been looking away as Miss Israel jumped into the area.

Lebanon and Israel have technically been at war since 2006. Lebanese citizens can be imprisoned for contact with Israelis, and products from the country are banned in Lebanon.

Since Matalon, 21, posted the picture, Lebanese citizens have called for her title to be revoked, according to the New York Post.

EXACTLY..................if she didn't want a photo with Miss Israel, then fine don't have one........if she thought Miss Israel was or did take the selfie and portrayed it as something it wasn't.........then speak your truth, which she did.............and call it done.............................................raven
