OOOO - I somehow missed cocktails last night you you gals but that's not to say I missed cocktail hours. 

I enjoyed a couple of Castillo Gold Rum and ginger ale.  Brings me back to real Rum and real ginger made in Barbados which over MANY years of vacationing there, truly enjoyed this cocktail.
