I tried googling, couldn't find it with a brief look. However, Michael STRAHAN does a commercial for St. Jude's Children's Hospital...could that have been it?

It may have been that other person. You can see the commercials on many of the satellite channels. I also know where I'd like to see him.

Don't see the resemblance at all, but yes,

Michael Strahan in currently in a St. Jude's commercial.

He's a current, active member of the Pittsburgh Steelers.

That's Strahan. Mr Vick has served his time and has moved on to gainful employment in the NFL.
