I'm watching the Stanley Cup play offs; Metallica preformed the National Anthem. I liked it. 

If you watched, did you like it or something else. Any opinions?

I didn't like it because I feel there is more passion when the anthem is vocal.I love to hear the words and even though I am not American I get a great feeling of pride that reminds me how fortunate we all are to be living in this great country.

Knowing the story behind the words make them even more meaningful. Imagine being on a boat in the harbor, it's pitch black, you can hear the fighting but can see nothing. As dawn slowly breaks you can finally see the flag of your country above the fort and know your side prevailed.

is the best of all time.
