While I totally understand the pandemic affecting the shipping times and get why there's delays now, the USPS will use anything going on to blame for delays. Weather-related...okay, will give them that too in certain areas of the country. I was kinda SMH this past summer though when I read on USPS website that there may be delays due to the George Floyd protests going on.   I was like...seriously?

Had you been watching the news you would have seen the unfortunate changes the postmaster general made leading to widespread mail delays.  The delays still continue due to these changes in spite of the fact he was forced to reverse his decisions.

Yes, I HAD been watching the news about this.  Please, my friend just got her Christmas card from her mother 2 days ago.  Really???  A month??? I don't think so.

I too just got a Christmas card yesterday!  A bill I mailed on December 14 finally cleared yesterday and that was only going a mile away from my house.  Not only are the bills I mail not arriving, I'm not getting my monthly statements.  I've spent so much time on the phone checking the status.  I had to make a chart to keep track.  Although I've been fighting this, if it continues I may have to start paying bills online.
