Mens health Question

My DH has been having prostate problems for over a year. he said he can barely go pee and that his kidneys hurt. he is on flomax and under the care of a doctor but he does not get any better. He recently told me he saw blood coming from his rectum !I apologize for being so graphic but i don't have anyone to talk to about this~
