I decided to finally take my memory card out of my HP digital camera and get the pictures printed. When I put the card in the reader at Walgreens, I was shocked that seven of my pictures did not show up. You can see the pictures on the camera if you put the memory card back in. If I put the card in my computer, the pictures don't show up. I have tried seeing them on my printer, still no pictures. Does anyone have any idea about how to be able to print these pictures?

Is there an internal memory in the camera, could they be there

Usedtobeoxox,
How do I find out? Sorry, I'm not real good at all of this.

I'm able to download pictures directly from my camera to my computer. It requires the proper software and a USB cable.

It sounds like they are on your camera's internal memory. Plug the camera into your computer open the internal memory file and save to your SD card.

I can download all of the pictures except for @7 of them. These same pictures only appear on the camera, but not on the computer or printer. It is really strange. The guy at Walgreens said that he had never really seen this before.

Are you downloading directly from the camera or from the card?

you usually don't need software to download photos from a camera. You more that likely have a USB cable from another device that will work. You can try just bringing the camera itself into a store and see if they can do it for you.

I am trying to download them from the card. I'll have to see if downloading them from the camera will work. Thanks to everyone for their ideas.

I had to download software so the camera could ""speak"" to my computer.
