My parents grave is a double plot with a bronze very heavy flower vase turned upside down into the marker.  You turn it upright and they have water spigots around but I can't tell you how many times I've gone there and ours is stolen.  I just notify cemetery and it gets replaced.  I've heard that these get stolen bc they bring good money.  Argh!
