i don't know but I do believe she has been down in Florida a lot longer than she was on the Q.

Joan would love this.  Not bad at all.

she started at qvc in 1992.

she sold her company to the parent company of hsn in 1999.

not sure just how many years she was at qvc.

Joy was on maybe two years?  I remember her selling the mop, that was a biggie.  She even did an infomercial with Jane Treacy selling the mop.  Then Joy sold the Piatti (sp) baked goods box and she did introduce a roly.  I bought one of those.  I have to say Joy's roly was the best!  Many look a likes came quick, but hers was sturdier.  I used it  in my business.  My husband now uses it for nuts and bolts.  She also sold a jewelry box, a roly one, and another one.  Then she was gone, and Lori Grenier took over Joy's "inventions".  She was pretty pleasant when she on QVC. Toward the end she did get full of herself.   Everyone just let her talk and demonstrate because she knew the product.  The Hosts in those days did not compete for time like they do now.   I cannot tolerate watching Joy when she went to HSN, wow did she change.  Yak Yak Yak, like SG without a breath, and over anyone within 100 yards of her.

Won't be watching the Joy movie   .... WILL watch the Joan Rivers movie. Yes, there is a remarkable likeness......

Joy was at QVC for a few years.  She's been at HSN for a much longer time.
