So why bother reading and posting on this thread? If you really didn't care, you wouldn't have taken the time to post your non comment.
Because I'm weighing in like eveyone else, thanks anyways though for the uneccessary scold.

Obviously they can't do that. As much as I'm sure you would like it, they can't simply hide her away once she starts showing. And why should happy news not be shared? This is a wonderful time in the life of a young couple. And a lot of people all over the world are very interested. To a great many people this is not "non news."
If you're not interested, that's fine. None of us are interested in everything, so we pay attention to what's of interest to us and we ignore the rest. That's the way it's always been and that's the way it always will be.

Did you file charges against whomever was twisting your arm and forcing you to open this thread and post on it?
@Marp. I know what you mean. I just don't get it. If something doesn't interest me I stay away from it.
I do watch tv, but almost none of those posted about in the tv forum. So you know what?? I simply don't go there! A novel idea. And I don't open up a thread about a tv show and start yapping about people obsessed with it and why do people watch this show.
And it's really true that in these times, it is all about ME,ME,ME.
I agree. The whole mentality of, "I'm not interested so no one else should talk about it" is just beyond my understanding.
I see threads all the time that are of no interest to me. I can't imagine popping in and saying so!
(And those who complain about being "bombarded" are pretty much doing it to themselves when they persist in opening threads about topics they claim to dislike so intensely.)

If you are one of those who are sick of Meghan Markle why in the world would you open this thread and tell us that you are being bombarded with the news of the Duchess?
I for one am not interested in reading about lots of topics on the forums. But I would not dream of opening the thread and proceed to tell everyone who does enjoy reading and commenting on it why I don't like it. Seems like some on these forums are just bound and determined to be miserable.
By the way I bought the new People today. Lots of pictures of Meghan and Harry and Eugenie.

ITA .... isn't that bizarre? Just because someone has no interest in something (whatever it is) they think the media shouldn't cover it? Seriously? Yes, it IS bizarre! ![]()

I agree about the bizarreness of it.
Why not just create a thread yourself such as "Don't Like British Royalty and Don't Care About Meghan, Who Else Feels This Way?"
It's very much akin to opening a thread about Lisa R and then whining about the content.
