Could you elaborate a bit? Is it being claimed they actually know how to drive or is it just a cute video?

I watched it. Loved the message lifting up shelter animals.

And what smart doggos! And assistive technology is so amazing. I like the idea of humans creating tools for animals to help them achieve their aims. Not sure the dogs wanted to drive a car originally, but I bet they just adored all the attention and training, so that makes it worthwhile.

Now I want a dog chauffeur. He wouldn't mind my backseat driving. He'd welcome it. "Turn turn turn!"

No, not just a cute video.

The second video explains. The dogs ARE taught to drive, but need directions on when to turn the wheel from someone outside the car.

I think the fact they learned how to use the instruments in the car shows dogs are smarter than we thought. The start button, gear shift, gas pedal, brakes, and steering wheel.

We won't find them passing us on the highway anytime soon, though. Lol
