That's because of the historic increase up 21.60 in 2022 because of an Alzheimer's drug that's price was subsequently greatly reduced yet no adjustment was made.  Just leveling it back out.  My supplement is increasing by 24%.

Whenever you see a decrease in monthly premium,  usually mean 10 things that will no longer be paid for..
