Medicare Account

I tried to set up an account in medicare today to see what has been paid to my doctor. My husband signed on in September. I am on medicare through his SS number. I cannot get in no matter what I try. Does anyone know how to set up an account for myself to check out my claims? It says an account has already been set up and it says it was set up in September. What am I missing?
