Meatless recipes

Any one care to share a favorite recipe made without meat. I can't have soy which seems to be in many meatless recipes . Looking for ideas/suggestion for meatless meals. Mine of course is pasta! lol Looking for more variety Or any good websites to visit? Thanks!
