Maybe it's Judith Ripka?

Wen also sells a body treatment as I recently received a tube in a travel size from a friend. That stuff is very moisturzing and keeps your skin soft longer than anything else I have ever used. I will buy that over and over and pray he never discontinues it and I've tried every product out there.

@151949 wrote:I'm sure with all the negative press WEN is getting this is an issue - but QVC has other issues as well - same ole same ole products and boring presentations. People don't watch anymore because they no longer have the great professional hosts they used to have but instead they all seem like carnival hawkers. They don't seem to have interest in researching any new products. Whole hour long presentations of things like mattresses. QVC started out selling clothing that was not designer brands but was what ladies you would see around your town wearing - and we would watch for hours on fashion days - now they have these so called designers way overpriced clothing that is nothing I or anyone I know would wear for the most part. They used to have a lot of jewelry shows - silver and gold - now jewelry is a rare show to see. I find the kitchen shows are the same old stuff over & over & over so I never watch them anymore. The point is -- QVC needs to recognize that they have MANY problems - WEN is one of them but far from being the only one.
Amen, sister!

Interesting topic @SeaMaiden.
Personally, I have no idea about who the mystery vendor could be.
My question has to do with the author of this statement. I read the comments and the site is called "Miss Moss The Homeshoppingista" and goes on to identify this blogger as Linda Moss sharing the inside skinny on "her" guilty pleasure home shopping, dishing gossip on hosts, celebrities, and company honchos."
What I found odd was the opening sentence where "she" states that "Yesterday "we" came to the same conclusions as "our" Facebook friends about the product on QVC whose sales tanked in the second quarter: WEN by Chaz Dean." Exactly who is "we" since this appears to be the blog and opinion of said Linda Moss? I mean, unless Linda Moss is a pseudonym for Her Royal Highness, Queen Elizabeth II who actually can refer to herself as "we," this is just the observations and speculations of one woman with a blog.
Anyway, I am always taken aback by, and a bit suspicious of, individuals referring to themselves in the plural tense. Idle musings of one person, one of those filing suit, disgruntled QVC insider, who knows?
Frankly, I found the the comments of those responding to her to be more insightful than what she had to say.
Just my observation.

People can speculate but unless George tells us which vendor we're all just guessing.
Her bio info is on the same blog site:
https://homeshoppingista.wordpress.com/about/
The Royal "we" is odd and funny imo. I started reading her blog (which is news with her opinions basically) after reading @sunshine45 posting info from the blog ..... maybe she could tell you more about the author.

@MomCat you hit the nail on the head, although I think the economy is doing better.. I know the millenials hate to spend money, my son will not buy anything he doesn't absolutly need and then he looks for the best price and will not even consider the purchase unless it's free S&H and returns. I think the Q better rethink their S&H and returns fees again because the millenials don't need or want easy pay as an incentive to buy.

I think we can all just specualate as to which brand is the "culprit"!
But speaking for my own 20 something year old children...they love their Dyson's but I don't think they own any of the other brands frequently sold on QVC.

I was kinda hoping it would be GILI, that way we wouldn't see the Obi belt wrapped around everything, including the upcoming Christmas trees!
lololol @Jacie Thanks, I am laughing so hard I am crying. I needed that!
