It wouldn't bother me.  She cleaned the dog's dish, not the dog.

@Jordan2  I don't think so.

I know many a person, however, who thinks it's no big deal. BTW, these same people see nothing wrong with washing their cats' litter box in the dishwasher with the rest of their plastic items. So....unless I know for a fact HOW they keep their pets' stuff clean, I don't eat at their house/food they bring to an event.

I've told this before

we went to Thanksgiving at DH 's brother's house

Cat on counter licking turkey carcass while we were eating

DH & I both shooting looks at each other

holding back gags

never ate anything there again

It wouldn't bother me, after all, you're using hot water and soap to wash the bowl and plates, yes?

It's just like using the same sponge to wash two different plates.

The Sky looks different when you have someone you love up there.

Have had dogs and cats all my life, multiples at a time, and as much as I love them all, no dogs eating off the human dishes washing their dishes with ours. It's just a bit gross to me.

In all honesty, I don't really like them on the furniture, but we do let them on the furniture in the family room. I don't like pets in the bed either, only because we never seem to get one that doesn't shed.

When I was a kid we had a dachshund that didn't shed, he was cool to be in the beds though! lol

Wouldn't bother me at all...and why should it? It is no different than putting other family members' dishes together and using the same sponge.

I know of no one who washes their cat's litterbox in the dishwasher. NO ONE and I know a lot of cat owners.

I know a neighbor with a large dog and she lets him carry around her dish sponge she uses in his mouth. He likes it. So yes, it would be gross to me too!
