Matthew Morrison on R & K ....... and.....A Dumb Glee Question

I just saw Matthew Morrison on R & K and he sang a really nice song called "Still Got the Night".....loved it.

Now for the stupid question........don't shoot me.

I've only watched Glee once......is everything lip synched? Are the people singing really the actual artists, or is the voice dubbed in?
