Can anyone share what you are paying for the masks on etsy?  A good source?  Made in America?  I have never used etsy before.

@mac116 -'I shop on Etsy all the time. Frequent shopper, LOL.

For these masks, I used beaudindesigns. They are located in a north Atlanta suburb and I've ordered other things from them many times. And I've also been to their booth at Atlanta craft shows.

I ordered some masks from them and they're being delivered to my sister today. They were $10.98 each.

Why is it, when I have a 50/50 guess at something, I'm always 100% wrong?

Yes, I am also interested in what you all got. If you wouldn't mind sharing a link? I did read that a triple layer cotton mask is supposedly the "best" you can get homemade wise?

I have seen numerous masks on Etsy (I've never ordered from them before so this is all new to me) while searching that have a "filter" pocket....where do you even get these filters from? Does anyone know?

Sorry for the questions, but ty for your help in advance.

I was looking on Etsy.  Some of these masks won't even ship until July so watch that.  Some are shipping from overseas as well.

@mac116  I just placed an order on Etsy for some homemade masks.  They are made in America.  It is around $15-$20 a mask.

@BrandiDavis

We can't share retail links here on this forum.

The simple cotton masks help reduce spreading of the disease, but to prevent getting the virus, you will need surgical masks.  The mask with the filter pockets is designed so you can put your own filters in it (HEPA filters).

I just placed an order on Esty, but I can't recommend the vendor yet, since I have not received my order and have not idea what the quality is.

I found masks on Etsy too, and ordered 3 for us--should get them in a few days--they come from CA--also will sew up as many as I have stuff for,  will keep a few then maybe give some away to those who need them. I bought 5 flu pandemic paks from a military supply site before all this really got going here in WA state--each pak has 4 pleated paper masks and 2-- n95 masks plus hand sanitizer. Everything is sealed individually too. May donate those---just 5 tho------not even a tiny drop in an enormous bucket, I'm afraid!!

@SeaMaiden

I ordered two as well (a seller with Squirrel in the name).

One with a cat motif and one with a spring floral.  Made in the USA and delivery was supposed to be in a few days.

We'll compare notes when we get them!

Yes!  lets get back to each other here on this thread.  My seller's name is

Diana Hammond....Reusable Masks

I have not got an email yet that mine have shipped... she is from

Minnesota. So once they ship it should not take too long.
