@mousiegirl I'm sorry for your loss. You're right that a cat probably can't kill a dog or a person, but can still kill a bird or a pet rodent. A lot of our animals' behavior is instinctual.

Yesterday I read that six of her peacoks were killed by coyotes.

Isn't this the second animal that was killed on her property??Maybe she should contact Cesar Milan for help in controlling her animals. Sometimes I t think she has too much on her plate and looses site of what is important. Very sad for the animals to be put in such a volatile situation.
