Marriage proposal

Just curious.....

Do women really like when a man gets down on one knee to ask for their hand in marriage?

I saw it on a show and it made me wonder. Ive been proposed to in this way and I felt awkward and embarassed... maybe because it was in front of people? I dunno.

Anyway if this has already been done, sorry but I never saw it.

*By the way, that was a long time ago and I didnt marry him.
