Good morning -

Since my other thread went "poof" last night I am starting a new one to report on Marmalade's progress.

This morning there was poop in the box, soft but way better than the prior two days. You could at least see some shape to it, not a watery mess. This is progress and I am very happy about it.

I'm not sure how much of my last post last night was seen so I will re-write a little of what I wrote there....

I had a very long conversation with with my cat sitter last night. He is going to come 2x per day while we are gone. He knows Marmalade almost as well as we do and is the best person for the job He will keep an eye on my boy while we are gone.

57Babe - thanks for staying up late last night to do some research for me. The rice does sound like an idea......maybe I will cook up a little bit to add to his food. The California Naturals you recommended also has rice in it...you can actually see the grains of rice...and he's been eating a little of that.

SammyCat - did you get to see my reply to you before it got poofed? Basically I thanked you, said a specialist was a good idea, and stated that I didn't want anyone to think that I wasn't open to new suggestions and ideas. I welcome all ideas and appreciate the time everyone is taking to help me and Marmalade.
