It's that "Time" of the year, when Time Magazine picks its "Person of the Year!" This year's pick was Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg. At 26, he is the 2nd youngest person to be named to this "honor." Time editor-in-chief, Richard Stengel, says he was chosen for changing the way the world communicates. Nearly 500 million people, or 1 in 10, are on Facebook. On newsstands Friday 12/17th/10.
