Still waiting for examples of men/women who have come forward accusing women of sexual assault and or harassment. I haven't got all decade.

Hopefully you realize that sexual harassment cases need not be reported  in the media to make them real. Here's a hint...try going back a couple of pages and see the websites that were already provided. If you still need others to assist you try typing "Are Men Sexually Harassed in the Workplace?" in your browser. Hopefully you don't need some to cut and paste for you too.

Still waiting.

I wish men would start speaking up against women for this also.  It takes two to tango.

@Blingqueen023- you are quite right.  I was harassed and I used a process in place.  It wasn't easy but it worked.  I then was part of the team who handled hostile workplace and sexual harassment.  What many overlook, or at least at my organization, many women are now in powerful positions and harassment claims from men are rising.  Women are offenders too be it another woman or usually a young, attractive male with less power.  I handled harassment and I've seen women make false claims usually because they had a consensual relationship with a person of power and things just didn't work out personally or career wise.

On the other hand, there are many victims and there is a process in place at most large organizations.  I urge women to report sexual harassment because allegations will be investigated and there are anti retaliation procedures in place as well.  It wasn't easy for me, it isn't pleasant but, my self worth was more important to me. Often these men & women are serially offenders and by reporting inappropriate behavior, you are protecting other victims from a predator and you may provide collaborative evidence of a previous claim which could not be substantiated.
