I noticed this morning the mods locked down about 6 threads back-to-back...which probably needed to be locked for spam, but many other threads have been locked for mere opinions that differed from the mods.  

On top of that, the pages are still jumping to the top of the page every time you read a post and hit the back arrow.  In addition, the glare of the white space is so hard on the eyes.

It's just not a fun place any longer.

While I don't disagree, the 6 today were from the same person trying to keep the friction going.   Amazingly it's ok to post on more than one board.

I don't like the page jumping much either, I hope that's fixable.

I am having a hard time getting used to this format.  What I would like is the old way of getting my posts to see the responses.  I am not getting to them easily.  Must be me but I prefer the old way with the activity label.  

Personally there were lots of complaints about harsh comments and people PLAYING US in nasty ways.  I am glad they are taking a harder look at it.  

Many forums are monitored these days and the REVIEWS are monitored.  I guess they have a financial stake in how it all comes down when it comes down to opinion about products.

Well, it happens for me, constantly. I just want to jump thru the screen and hold those pages still! It's just awful-makes me not want to even come here anymore.

I use Safari and I've never experienced the page jumping.  Is that typical for certain browsers?  I sure hope it doesn't start on Safari!  I'm not on these boards nearly as much as I used to be these day.  It will be even less if I have to endure jumping pages!  (Oh, and I noticed those multiple, lengthy threads this morning.  Figured they wouldn't last long).

Is anyone else still experiencing problems with the "shop by category" dropdown menu interferring with the left navigation bar (with all the different sub-fora are listed)?

It doesn't happen all the time but often enough to be an issue for me. The menu drops down without being promted and just stays there-I have to refresh to make it go away.

Just me?

It happens to me a LOT...and it's very annoying!!!

The "jumping page" is beyond annoying.   I use FF and I don't think I should have to change from FF to have this site work the way it should.   I don't have "jumping page" issues on any other site.

They really need to some fine tuning here.

As far as the spamming....I wish they would leave it there so others here can see what the "LV" site is saying about posters here.  I hope they never return....it's been very peaceful here since they left.   It's interesting to see what the problem really was.

I became aware of the jumping page when I was reading a thread, responding to it...and my reply landed somehow in the thread adjoining it.  I use Firefox.  I have had the problem with the drop down menu, too.  Not biggies, but one would think more of the glitches would be gone by now. 

I saw the "psst" thread early this morning, yuck.

Previously, before they did something 2 weeks ago, my screen jumped with whatever browser I used. They did something (?) that fixed it for me at least and I haven't had any jumping since.
