I just watched this video on yahoo:

Patricia Krenwinkle is the longest person serving in California prison system.

I wasn't aware the others died? Going to look that up.

Charlie Manson is still alive.. He is in his seventies now. And still looks ""Cray Cray""

Sandra Good is still alive. I believe she chose Vermont to live after getting released.

As a teenager I went with friends to the Sphawn (spelling?) Movie Ranch. I didn't want to go but went anyway. That was their hangout. It was an abandoned movie ranch. We went during the day and it was creepy. Drugs and lost people and Charles Manson: recipe for disaster.

I remember the murders. Los Angeles was in shock and has never been the same since. I think one gal is still living along with Charles.

I remember it so well, my friend who was 13, and I who was 11 were afraid to stay home at night when our parents went out!!! Another of my friends dad was one of the police who investigated, the crime and he is in the book "Helter Skelter"- the LaBianca's had a grocery store not too far from where I lived... The whole city was in terror as time went on and no one was caught...

So, do we celebrate the fact that we've supported them and kept them alive for 45 years? Or do we celebrate that they butchered people for fun? Even practiced a "dry run" with the wrong house. None of them should still be alive and Manson is still an evil, sick person that is still drawing in "believers".

I saw Bugliosi interviewed one time on t.v. many years ago. He said Manson should have been executed and the girls let go.
