I realize a lot of people lie, but this also happens more than you realize too. So see how it plays out, if he is telling the truth. Frankly, Im not a fan of Apple and their iPhones. They never cover 90% of anything under their protection plan, and want people to pay to get their own phone fixed OR make them keep ugrading instead, as in spending more money. (and people fall for it which is sad).

 

Anyway, I always think of Zuckeberg. He stole the idea for Facebook from those 2 guys at college. He ended up paying them a settlement but I still think, what they got was peanuts to what Zuckerberg makes in a year.

He must have some proof to sue Apple because it will cost him a lot of money to sue. The only ones that make out here are the lawyers.
