Making Tunes Playlists to Soothe

For 2 nights now, I've listened to music in the evening after working remotely and hearing each day's sad news. There are so many great tunes that I decided to make some playlists to have some rhyme and reason for these soul soothers. A childhood BFF is in on making lists with me. If you have a playlist/theme, please share it.

I'm on Pacific Time, and tonight's Theme is women's perspective on love and life. Tunes will include:

-Carole King's Tapestry album

-Roberta Flack

The First Time Ever I Saw Your Face

     Killing Me Softly

     Jesse

     Where is the Love

Will You Still Love Me Tomorrow

-Janis Joplin

     Me and Bobby McGee

     Piece of my Heart

I thought about adding Carly Simon, but I may add her to a James Taylor night.

Definitely Carly Simon, but what about Heart, Fleetwood Mac, CSN&Y, Joni Mitchell, Gloria Gaynor, Donna Summer, Bee Gees, Beach Boys.

@deedledeedeedle  Those are definitely great artists. How would you theme or create a playlist(s) with them?

I've always found Enya's music to be very soothing and peaceful.
