I love your posts and please don't think I was criticizing your post at all, I truly wasn't, and I also read the article online.

I have no doubt that can happen after repeatedly not removing your eye makeup, I just think the woman was exaggerating to her Dr's, when she said she didn't remove it for 25 years.

I didn't think that @KingstonsMom..I just wanted to see if it was confirmed anywhere else. It is. I think as bad as is was ,it must have taken a very long time to get that way

This reminds me of the UK woman who had 27 contact lenses on her eye. How could she even see out of that eye?

I interpret this 25 year thing that she always went to bed without washing her face - or anything else for that matter.  Lucky her that she didn't have a terrible complexion.  Bad hygiene habits.

Gross. And her fingernails are gross too. Just yuck.

It would drive me nuts to go to bed with eye makeup on. I honestly don't think I could sleep.

I guess she showered/bathed but didnt'use speical makeup remover for her mascara.  25 years w/o taking it off is quite impressive. I would think a yhear would do you in.
