Major Drug Error.

My husband takes Metoprolol 50 mg twice a day. I take Metoprolol 100 mg twice a day. I just happened to look in my husband bottle and they looked exactly like mine. The 50's and the 100's were mixed up. I took the medication back to the pharmacy which is a large chain and when she dumped them out she found a small brand name Toprol XL. This medication was manufactured by Wockhardt Limited in Mumbai, India. This medication is used for BP and heart disease. Check all your medications!
