They are no longer participating in this program. I checked on Top cash and Befrugal. They can no longer afford the program since their stores have closed due to the virus.

In fact they used to be on S&P 500 and have been downgraded to 600 (small cap). I wonder if they will reopen after this crisis. Hopefully, they will pull through but they have been struggling financially for a long time.

I worked for Macy's for almost 10 years. It is so sad to see this company literally crumbling right in front of our eyes. But, sadly, this pandemic is going to be a game changer in all aspects of our lives. Many of the big stores are going to feel the impact for years to come. Some may not ever recover. I feel the days of the stores with doors may cease to exist, and it's not that far in the future.

I order a LOT from Macy's.  I always use my SW Rapid Rewards to get extra points from SW, but Macy's no longer participate in the program.  I am so worried about the economy and what it is doing!
