So much of MacKenzie is made in China now. I have many pieces purchased at the Fire Sale back in the 1990's. They had a fire and then a sale and it was steal of the year. I have several square platters paid $11 for. They were origianlly $75,They actually have a made by stamp on the back. Not anymore. I could go on and on...but the point is that once the company was sold, it changed. No longer do they have tours where you actually watched the items being painted. Glad I got mine way back when.

Wow! Not much left at that channel to lure people in.

What? Maybe Invicta Watches, Elizabeth Grant, One World and a few others I guess.....

I rarely watch that channel, and if I do its like all of the other shopping channels, watch for a few minutes unless its something I am really interested in!

FYI, SHQ is back on Comcast Xfinity on Channel 1098 but only from 8 AM to 7 PM ET.

Was never a fan of that line--thought it was way to pricy for metal enamel stuff-- not a fan of the big black and white checks or why the host always wore the weird headbands--not my cup of tea

My cable company recently dropped Shop HQ. The replacement is so low class. LC something.

I read that in the Shophq Facebook group. Also they are once again no longer available on many cable outlets. They aren't on Xfinity in Boston. They came back and a few weeks later....gone. People are also complaining that they are not getting their refunds.

Never cared for that stuff....to me, it looks like seizure-inducing overpriced Halloween decor...especially when they show whole rooms decorated in it...

BUT...if they go away from SHOP HQ, I guess there'll be more time for those ugly huge watches the size of hubcaps off a '57 Dodge....who wears that stuff?
