Mac Help Please!

I feel so dumb. Just got my Mac, switching from IE and I can't seem to do anything. On IE i could save my favorite web sites under Favorites, like the Q, Amazon etc....where do I save these on my Mac for quick acsess??? Any help appreciated, I'm so frustrated. LOL
