went to order the renee cardi this morning, and went to click buy, and it says i have no method of payment on file.
what????? have had my Q card for over 20 years. do i still physically have the card? i have no idea. then when i hear on here the nightmares with getting customer service.
irritating way to start the morning. just sayin'

@kittyloo That happened to me a few weeks ago. Call customer service,it's a malfunction on their end.

Use another credit card. I've had a Q-card since the dawn of time, but use my Visa to make purchases here.
