Increased by 60%. Went from about $12 to about $19. Used CIGNA this year. Will have to see what other plans offer.

I was speaking to a customer while in line at CVS and she said she has for the Part D plan a premium that is zero and she pays zero copay for her cholesterol, high blood pressure and anxiety meds. I think she said it's through Wellcare and she has to go to CVS as her preferred pharmacy. It sounded almost too good to be true.
Does anyone have such a plan with zero premium and zero patient responsibility?

@BunSnoop Plans can vary by state. What state are you in? I'm in New York.I have WellCare & my premium went down. I have zero copay for Generic Tier 1 meds & a $5 copay for Generic Tier 2 meds at a preferred pharmacy, CVS or Costco. If I use a non preferred pharmacy my copay are $5 or $10.After Tier 2 my deductible kicks in.
I'm lucky in that I'm not on any regular medications. So far I just take the standard antibiotics when I get sick.

I'm not on any meds, so the increase is puzzling. I think the increase is for everyone on the plan.
I need to find a different Part D Rx plan in PA.

I was paying 24.60 for Aetna and they raised to 40 a month and they don't pay for nothing untill you hit
over 500. I said "i'm not paying that monthly, plus, have to pay for all my drugs to boot".
Insurance man found me a plan, still thru Aetna that is 9 a month ! I won't have to change over or get a new card. Still has the donot hole of 500 and over, but, I can live with that. 9.00 a month is little over 100 a yr.
Lot better then 480 a yr.
He, himself, was gonna take it too.
