MRI again..please wish me luck

Please wish me luck. I once again have to go in the MRI machine tomorrow for my spine problems. I cant begin to tell you how much I HATE this machine. Yes I am claustrophobic even in an open one (which here isnt that open believe me), but Im going in the closed one. Ive gotten MUCH better at it (used to take valium to go in..lol.) but now I try to conquer it without (although I have a med on hand from the doctor "in case"). This is my 8th? MRI. I told my Neurosurgeon, I will soon be the spokeswoman for MRIs around the world! He says, I have to keep going in because each year my back gets worse. Again Ive gotten alot better about it, but Im nervous tonight already, thinking of laying flat on my back for over an hour (in pain). I really wish our area here would get the standing ones, it would be sooo much easier. Thanks.
